A Message from Board Chairman, Reverend William B. Moore

Dear Mission Supporter:

Thank you, on behalf of the Foreign Mission Board, for your support of our convention’s foreign mission work over the years. It is because of your prayers that we are able to carry on the work of global missions...

The search process for a new Executive Secretary is moving along smoothly and we hope to make an announcement between now and the Annual Session.

Foreign Mission Roll Call 2012 - "Is your name on the roll?"

“While Blacks in this country were still living – and dying – under the yoke of slavery, they were reaching out across the seas with the freeing message of the Gospel. Thus, even before there was a National Baptist Convention, U.S.A., Inc., there was a Black foreign mission movement. The history of this movement and the formation of our denomination are interwoven; indeed they are so inseparable that it is impossible to study one without knowing the other.” Dr. William J. Harvey, III – Bridges of Faith Across the Seas

Our Mission

To Vision, Plan, Organize, and Execute the total foreign mission work and activity of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.  Our work is biblically based on Matthew 28:19-20, also known as The Great Commission:

"Go ye, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, and teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I command you; and lo, I am with you all ways, even unto the end of the world."

Everyone Can Help!
